To create a prototype for a possible "invited, signed articles" feature/project of CZ, we're now working with Nico Sica who has been editing a very interesting and high-quality set of free online articles called "The Language of Science," here: http://www.polimetrica.eu/site/ We've decided, for purposes of this prototype, to begin just with the articles in the "Logic" section (just that one section--not the other logic-related sections yet). It is found here: http://www.polimetrica.eu/site/?cat=9 As you can see on that page, there are articles by Graham Priest and nine others. Those are the articles we want to upload. I've uploaded (but not formatted the Priest article, here: http://en.citizendium.org/wiki/Logic/Invited_articles/ So now I come to my request. You logicians and mathematicians probably have a good idea of the standards and methods for displaying text on CZ. Could you please help upload and format these articles? I leave it to you whether you want to use <math> or images (as Nico Sica did). If images, feel free to import them to CZ; we have permission and, in fact, encouragement to bring the whole thing into CZ. Look at the Priest article http://en.citizendium.org/wiki/Logic/Invited_articles/Graham_Priest for certain format elements: title, author name, affiliation, the "Originally from" notice, and the {{cc-by-2.5}} template. --Larry _______________________________________________ Citizendium-l mailing list [email protected] https://lists.purdue.edu/mailman/listinfo/citizendium-l
