There are a lot of wonderful ideas on the forum. I think that the Constables would be able to enforce the ideas with their current power. The "Trash the advocate" policy sounds wonderful as we can then keep special interests from rewriting history. You may want to empower the regional editors to cull the trash, since they would, in theory, be a lot better at distinguishing the subtle junk from valid arguments. Just my quarter of a cents worth.

We get into edit wars generally fairly politely. But they're still edit wars and they're still usually off-topic and a total waste of time. I have a proposal: http://forum.citizendium.org/index.php/topic,1104.0.html Maybe it's no good. But can you do any better? --Larry From: "Larry Sanger" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: <[email protected]> Date: Thu, 26 Jul 2007 14:29:31 +0500 Subject: [Citizendium-l] Plebicite on name of subpage set All citizens may vote on what to call the sets of subpages. See: http://en.citizendium.org/wiki/CZ:Name_of_subpage_set%3F Vote closes Monday. --Larry _______________________________________________ Citizendium-l mailing list [email protected] https://lists.purdue.edu/mailman/listinfo/citizendium-l --------------------------------- Pinpoint customers who are looking for what you sell.
