All, I think we ought to encourage, in various ways, women and girls to join in more. In particular, while we are in the middle of our constable search, I'd like to point out that we could use some more female constables. We love the ones we have, and while I think that our current constables generally are excellent, we could use even more peace-loving and nonaggressive people--qualities that are actually highly prized in a constable.
