Until CZ develops software to automatically convert word-processor files to WikiMedia mark-up, we need volunteers to take on the task of doing that manually, perhaps with the help of existing software converters. Having a cohort of volunteers to do that will encourage experts to submit new articles, as they can write and reference in their familiar word processor. This will aid Larry's recruiting efforts.
