Regarding the nascent proposals system, I've written a great deal yesterday and today, here (especially pages 2 and 3 of the thread): http://forum.citizendium.org/index.php/topic,1551.0.html If you're interested in trying to parse my theoretical self-interview, please give me your thoughts! This is important stuff: it affects how we will manage proposals. It does not detract from the authority of existing decisionmaking bodies, but it adds a common "front end," so to speak. Otherwise you could wait until tomorrow, when I think I'll have revised Robert's first stab, which you can see here: http://en.citizendium.org/wiki/CZ:Proposals (this mostly reflects Robert's take on how a system should work; mine will be slightly different) I'll let you know when the system is to my own liking, anyway, and then ask for feedback on that.
