Since quite a few members have signed CZ:International/French, I
thought the following excerpt from Le Monde might be of some interest.

 Not sure what type of license they pick for collaboration (the welcome
 screen features the full copyright). In fact, it looks like at the moment the
 server is overwhelmed with requests and shut down.
