[Citizendium-l] results of the proposals for Referenda in the upcoming elections

Two proposed referenda received the requisite 6 supporters for 
inclusion on the ballot.  The Charter Amendment Majority proposal had 
6 supporters, and the Import of Material to Citizendium proposal had 
9 supporters.

Both of them, therefore, will be on the final ballot.
