In accordance with part of a recent Council motion (see below), the
Citizendium forum is now closed to posts from non-members of the
project. Instead, there is a new group on Google for non-members to post
questions, raise issues, report problems and so on:

Members and non-members alike can join the group, which operates under
similar rules to the old board, i.e. real names only. A Google account
is required to join. The group is administered by myself and other CZ staff.
