Dear Murali, No one has said that the World Bank is the devil incarnate. You are trying to make it appear that any criticism of the Bank is equivalent to calling it so. Why such passion for this topic? Are you of the view that such agencies are never to be discussed?
As for WIPRO and the Bank, is there any harm in pointing out something that has been reported in the papers and other media? This was mentioned in the context of the Satyam fraud. Are you of the view that none of these have any relevance to CAF and its objectives? Or are you contesting that WIPRO did nothing wrong and the the Bank has lied about the matter? What facts do you have to make such a statement?
