Position Responsibilities: Act as the primary expert in all systems used by assigned functional group; leverage this knowledge to assist in researching issues, designing workflow for new products Work closely with technology and business user staff to complete workflow improvement and research projects Document functional specifications for systems and workflow changes Execute testing of all internal and external systems upgrades or enhancements Evaluate other systems available in the market and provide comprehensive comparative analysis Assist with system upgrade planning Be aware of industry initiatives and upcoming standards and apply them to the Ares organization.
