The client is looking for a J2EE Developer who has at least 2+ years of experience with J2EE as well as * *Finance Industry experience. If the candidate has any experience with Options Trading that would be even better.* Start Date: Sep-01-09 End Date: Jan -31-09 Job Duties & Responsibilities: Perform product analysis and development tasks of increasingly complex nature which may require extensive research and analysis under supervision of technical lead. Work independently with little direct supervision in the development, testing, implementation and maintenance of systems of moderate size/complexity. Provide detailed analysis of problems and recommends solutions. Participate in the development of detailed design documents for major applications for a project specific to Options symbols. Experience and Qualifications: Able to interpret business requirements and programming specifications to write Java programs that solve business needs. Significant exposure to and demonstrated proficiency in all aspects of programming and analysis, including design factors, software requirements, systems facilities, and execution protocols. Architecture design of multi-tiered client/server applications. Must be well organized and self motivated and be able to work with some or little supervision. Ability to work with others in a team environment .Ability to work on aggressive schedules, may require occasional work beyond normal hours (weekends or evenings) .Must be well acquainted with MVC architecture and EJB. Required Skills: . JBoss, HTML/ JavaScript, Eclipse, JUnit . Experience with XP and Linux operating systems . Experience with servlets . Experience with Configuration management tool such as ClearCase .
