Job Description:
Must Have Skills:
· Financial Systems background – preferably supporting the Defined
Contribution business.
· Strong SQL knowledge.
· Must have previous experience writing business requirements,
functional design documents and quality assurance test plans.
· Strong interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
· Excellent organizational skills.
Desired Skills:
· Previous data warehousing experience is a plus
o Oracle (10/11g)
o Informatica ETL
o Business Intelligence / Reporting
Job Roles / Responsibilities:
· Typical BA/QA responsibilities
· Ability to work with cross-functional teams and interact with all
levels
· Ability to be flexible, follow tight deadlines, organize and
prioritize work
· Work under minimum direction and use independent judgment in
decision-making
