Job Title : Business Objects With SAP ARRA Location : Columbia,SC Duration : 6+ Month Contract Rate : Open Working under the direction of the South Carolina Enterprise Information System (SCEIS) Architecture, Design and Technology Lead, candidates will provide business reporting services related to the design, installation, administration, and testing of SAP Business Objects integrated with the SAP ARRA solution. The major components of this project will include deployment of Business Objects Enterprise, MS SQLServer, Data Federator, Universes, Web Intelligence. The SAP Reporting consultant requested under this SOW implements SAP Business Objects and the SAP ARRA solution components. The position requires a strong knowledge of the Federal OMB ARRA requirements and regulations for 1512 reporting. The position requires analyzing system and business requirements, software installation, service patch administration, configuration, testing and data warehousing strategies. Time-frame: Positions to begin effective on or about 09/28/09; for approximately six (6) months. Renewal for six (6) additional months upon satisfactory performance by the candidate. LOCATION: Positions will be based at the South Carolina Enterprise Information Systems Project Office, 1628 Browning Road, in Columbia, South Carolina. Computer network access, phone, and access to printers, copiers, and fax will be provided. Meetings may be held at remote offices of DSIT or other SCEIS stakeholders generally in the Columbia area. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Business Objects Certified 3+ years experience with Business Objects software installation and configuration 3+ years experience in software development, design, and analysis 3+ years experience with Data Federator and Data Services 3+ years experience configuring and maintaining Apache Tomcat server 3+ years experience with Active Directory single sign-on integration with Business Objects 3+ years of Business Objects Universe Designer experience.
