*****Immediately Needed A Consultant***** Job Title : Technical Training Location : San Francisco CA ( Loacl only) Duration : 3- 18Months Contract Skills: Experience with Facets application and hpXr (Trizetto) A working knowledge of relational database concepts and SQL; ability to query using SQL and write code in either SAS or other programming languages will be weighted heavily Experience with Business Objects Bachelor's degree in education, instructional design, or related field Training experience within a corporate environment At least five years experience as a corporate trainer and/or instructional designer, or equivalent combination of education and experience General knowledge of adult learning theory and Instructional Systems Design (ADDIE model) Demonstrated presentation skills Strong written and verbal communications skills Managers timelines, assignments and work plans Functions independently with general oversight and direction within parameters provided Familiarity with the healthcare insurance industry Experience with Trizetto applications (i.e. Facets, NetworX, etc) Additional Requirements Strong interpersonal, analytical, and technical skills Intermediate to advanced level experience with MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel roficiency with a variety of software applications including Adobe Captivate, Adobe Breeze or other online course development applications is preferred.
