*****Immediately Needed A Consultant***** MDM/ Customer Data Hub Developer/Analyst- Location : Phoenix, AZ Duration : 3+ Months Contract Responsibilities: Provide team mentoring and knowledge transfer to the Gore team. Design and develop master data integration. Design and develop master data software. Test, design and develop test plans, traceability matrices, test cases and test scripts from requirements, use-cases, design documents and other project documentation Requirements: Siperian Multidomain MDM or Oracle (Siebel) MDM Experience in working with data governance teams on data cleansing & remediation. Experience delivering a Customer Data Hub - with hands on experience through architecture, design, development and post-production support phases. In depth knowledge and experience in varying aspects of MDM - Cleansing, Mapping, Match, Merge, Hierarchy Manager and administration Experience with Oracle database with a special emphasis on data modeling, data analysis and deployment of databases. Experience in high volume data environment is a plus. Strong SQL, PL-SQL skills with hands-on experience in query tuning, and optimization. Solid design, coding, testing and debugging skills on J2EE platform using Weblogic or Websphere application server infrastructure. Expect a balanced skill set in developing UI components using JSP, HTML and application logic using Java 3+ years of experience in design and configuration of master data management or customer data hub systems Knowledge and practical experience of applications development in distributed database environment. Outstanding communication and documentation skills. Must be organized with strong interpersonal skills and comfortable with a projects-oriented environment. Strong critical thinking skills, including systems and business analysis, problem analysis and resolution, good judgment and decision making ability. Educational requirements include a college graduate in Computer Science. Masters degree is a plus.
