Position 1 -- IT Analyst with Learning Background
Must Have
1. Implemented / hands on functional knowledge in any one of the
LMS systems like Saba or Moodle or Oracle iLearning or Sakai or
BlackBoard Learning or any Learning Management Systems
2. Document / Convert Business requirement into Functional
Design documents (using Process Flow diagrams , UI Mock ups, etc)
3. Document Functional use cases
4. Solid experience in requirements gathering and gap analysis
5. Analytical thinker with strong data/system/IT analysis
6. Excellent Communication Skills
7. Self starter
8. 5 plus years of IT analyst experience
Nice to have
1 . Knowledge of Agile Methodology
