Location: Waukegan, IL
Duration: 6+Months Contract

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

Minimum Experience Required:
Minimum of 5 years experience in infrastructure or enterprise services or
systems design
5 years direct work experience in a project management capacity
Minimum 4 years of experience project managing large enterprise Microsoft
Exchange Environment
Project Management Professional or equivalent

Primary Job Function:
Leverages advanced ability to apply in-depth level of Microsoft Exchange
technical skills to lead a large scale deployment, migration &/or upgrade
project.
Performs detailed analysis, gathers business requirements, recommends, and
participates in the design and implementation of solutions.
Leads projects and is capable of resource and work scheduling of individual
projects.
Requires limited day to day supervision and guidance on handling unique
situations.
Follows established guidelines and interprets policies.
Responsible for leading the efforts for design, implementation, and
transition to support, of network and system infrastructure components.

Core Job Responsibilities:
Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in
collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. Effectively
communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a
timely and clear fashion.
Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other
stakeholders.
Plan, schedule and track project timelines and milestones using Microsoft
Project and other tools. Direct and manage project development from
beginning to end.
Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.
Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
Develop and deliver dashboard reports, Technical Statements of Work, and
presentations as needed.
Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential risks, and
devise contingency plans.
