Rate: $50/hr
The resume should be submitted with 1 Professional reference, the below
filled in skill Matrix and also a Write up from the consultant as to why he
should be considered for the position.
§ Plans, develops, tests, and documents .net web applications, applying
knowledge of programming techniques and design patterns.
§ Evaluates user request for new or modified program, such as for financial
or human resource management systems, online recruiting, business
intelligence using GIS features, or analyzing and developing specifications
for a web portal application.
§ Consults with users to identify current operating procedures and clarify
program objectives. Using agile SDLC methodology to formulate plans
outlining steps required to develop solutions that meet business
requirements.
§ Using .net development tools such as Visual Studio 2008/2010, SQL
Reporting Services, SQL Analysis Services, and Team Foundation Server (TFS)
to manage source code policies and software release cycles.
§ Familiar with object oriented design techniques building reusable
components in C# interfacing with Classic ASP, SharePoint, Dynamics CRM, and
GIS Mapping Systems.
§ Leveraging TFS Build, Continuous Integration and Test Driven Development
to manage good quality code releases on time and within budget.
