Duration: 6 - 8 months Lead the technical aspects of a complex, multi-year program through the full software delivery lifecycle with a background of business analysis of 5-6 years. Must have : PEGA PRPC, JRULE, Java, Database, Dreamweaver or any other GUI tool. Must be PRPC Certified. Experience with PEGA methodology. Role Includes but not limited to: Architecture Design, Business requirement Collection, Development, Guiding junior developers, trouble shooting, bug fixing and issue resolution. Excellent Communication skills. Good experience in working with onsite offshore model. Majority of the team at offshore. Able to work in hostile and multi-vendor environment. Open for extended working hrs to match the time-zone overlap requirement.
