The initial project requires travel. The Architect must be a guru for SharePoint architecture (including Portal Server) development, implementation, and deployment. The candidate should have excellent consulting skills and the ability to work effectively with clients and team members. The Architect must provide hands-on, repeatable architecture and Proof of Concept development couple with mentoring/training senior developers who are either onsite or offshore. Ongoing responsibilities include regular inspection and architectural reviews through project completion. Projects will include the full software development life cycle SharePoint 2007/2010 engagements.
