They are currently seeking two Lead ASP.NET <http://asp.net/>Developers for their new Corporate Office. *POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES/REQUIREMENTS:* Develop n-tier web / Windows / mobile applications using ASP.NET<http://asp.net/>2.0/3.5, HTML, Javascript, & CSS Develop software system design, programming & documentation based on business requirements Document & report status / progress of assigned tasks on a regular basis Responsible for ensuring adherence of all deliverables to appropriate standards & quality levels Maintain knowledge of best practices surrounding IT technology, processes & applications development / support Work effectively with other team members on multi-person projects, provide constructive evaluation of code & share knowledge / insight Communicate with business users & analysts to gather accurate requirements for new enhancements & applications 7 - 10 years of development experience required Proven knowledge of .NET Framework (C#, ASP.NET <http://asp.net/> 2.0/3.5, ADO.NET <http://ado.net/>) Understanding of client-server architecture & MVC design pattern Experience with Microsoft Visual Studio, Microsoft Team Foundation Server, SQL Server Enterprise Manager / Query Analyzer Knowledge of relational database design; proven experience using SQL Server & T-SQL, with ability to write stored procedures, user defined functions & SQL queries Solid understanding of Object-oriented design Knowledge of AJAX frameworks, web services and / or Flash a plus Previous experience designing large-scale web / e-commerce applications a plus Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred Thanks & Regards Harry Software Solutions Group, Inc.
