- Gather Requirements from Project Owners (TCM's) or respective Group /
Individual.
- Analyze the Requirements & create artifacts like Business Rules documents
/ Functional Specification documents.
- Obtain the necessary approvals from Project Owners.
- Create Technical Specification documents, get them reviewed by Technical
Leads & get the approvals from Project Manager.
- Co-ordinate with Development team (Onsite / Offshore) in understanding the
Business requirements.
- Co-ordinate with Testing team (Onsite / Offshore) in understanding the
Requirements & review Test cases if needed.
- Document Management using Visual Source Safe & Internal Sharepoint portal
workspace.
- Knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL & Java would be an advantage.
-be a go getter who will work with users/business to gather requirements,
translate them to functional and Technical Specifications, identify gaps and
propose alternate solutions.
-Should hand hold the development teams during design and development
cycles, participate in solutioning as well with the customer teams. He
should be able to quickly understand the systems and their
interdependencies.
