This is a hands-on position and development is expected to be 80% of the role. o leads analysis and problem solving activities with application, environment, and performance-related issues. * Qualifications/ * • Extensive experience architecting and developing large-scale J2EE applications. • Good experience with UML modeling tools. • Strong experience with enterprise Java development— J2EE, JEE, JMS, etc. • Operating system experience with Solaris, UNIX, Linux and Windows. • Strong database experience including database design/normalization and stored procedure coding. • Experience with WebSphere, WebLogic, or JBoss Application Server runtimes. • Ability to communicate effectively with peers in technology and business areas to define requirements and to map those requirements into technology solutions.
