*Job Title: **Senior Salesforce Admin / Developer* *Location: Richmond,VA* *Duration: 8-12 Months +* *Job Description:* Responsibilities: • Develop, prioritize, and manage Salesforce.com enhancement request prioritization with IT partners. • Streamlining the business process using salesforce service cloud. Should be able to drive BPR (Business Process Review) sessions. • Define and improve process for approving Saleforce.com structural changes. • Foster and maintain strong working relationships with critical business partners (e.g. Enterprise Systems/IT, sales reps and management) to expedite the review and approval process for any Salesforce.com customization. • Identify potential training opportunities and coordinate with internal teams to develop and deliver enablement tools, documentation, and training. Qualification • SFDC certifications (Admin or Dev) • Strong knowledge about salesforce sales or service cloud. • 4+ years’ experience in direct Salesforce administration • Proven ability to work cross-functionally to understand business requirements and translate them in to effective use of applications • Strong understanding of Agile methodology • Strong written and oral communication skills • Self-starter- able to individually manage/prioritize your workload Preferred: • Experience in finance, banking. • Experience working with reporting and data visualization tools.
