I am the Senior Executive Recruiter at Sonoma Consulting and I am currently working to fill a role for a *Project Manager *that will be based on site in *Carrollton, TX* Job Title: Project Manager Location: Carrollton, TX Duration: 6-12+ Months Job Requirements: · Ability to work with both field and corporate personnel to achieve needed results in improving the organizations’ effectiveness · Must demonstrate good judgment and pragmatic approach to delivering software that optimizes architecture activities across company needs, business constraints and technological realities · Knowledge of web-based systems architecture, service-based architecture, enterprise application architecture, or mobile · Experience managing expectations when balancing alternatives against business and financial constraints · Multi-task and prioritize workload and communicate with management on conflicts · Work with a high level of independence · Function in a fast-paced environment · Critical thinking to problem solve and provide innovative solutions · Ability to research issues using application knowledge and written documentation · Self starter that can take the initiative · Team player that works well in groups understanding and working through conflicting interests MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS: · B.S. degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or equivalent preferred · Five years project manager experience with technology/business process projects with cross-functional teams · Occasional holiday, weekend and evening hours are required · Must have strong application skills on a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, database and presentation software (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, Enterprise Architect a plus) · Strong organizational, planning, prioritizing, and administrative skills; ability to self-direct in a fast-paced, multi-task environment · Able to work with general supervision, and able to make quick decisions · Proven leadership and management skills · Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills. · Comfortable and confident to communicate with all levels of Team Members: Executives, Department Heads and line level personnel Thanks, Arjun D -Sr Executive Recruiter Sonoma Consulting, Inc.
