* Primary Accountabilities: Gather and document the current state
environment, interim environment and future state environment for medium to
large projects impacting one or more functional areas. Work as a liaison
among project stakeholders to elicit, analyze, communicate and validate
processes and requirements for new functionality being created by multiple
stakeholders including technology and other business divisions. Drive and
challenge business units on their assumptions of how they will successfully
execute their plans. Own the creation of requirement documents and process
flows that are clear and straightforward using diagrams, tables and
pictures as much as possible . Decompose and refine requirements to
produce detailed feature requirements. Act as the SME for business and
functional domain knowledge for Credit Risk Strategies specific to the loss
forecasting and impairment process. Adhere to all Brokerage Firm, policies
and governance practices. Knowledge Skills/Experience: •
Demonstrated Business Analyst abilities • Innovative while
striving for solutions oriented approaches • Strong analytical and
problem-solving skills • Excellent written and verbal communication
skills • Hands-on Business Analyst with the desire to work
extensively with team members • Loss Forecasting and/or Impairment
experience • Experience defining/redefining business and technology
processes Candidates with the following traits excel in this position: •
Financial Services experience with a focus on impairment or loss
forecasting • Solid Business Analyst experience on projects where
the current business processes are not currently documented and very
complex • Visio experience*
