I am the Senior Executive Recruiter at Sonoma Consulting and I am currently working to fill a role for a *QA Analyst Role with SFDC *that will be based on site in *Appleton WI. * QA Analyst with Salesforce Mandatory Job Title: QA Analyst Role with SFDC Location: Appleton WI. Duration: 12+months This position will provide the following as a member of a project team: - Perform, with limited supervision, test activities throughout the development life cycle in compliance with the test methodology as a core member of a Project Team. To include but not limited to: • During planning, assist the Test Analyst or Test Designer with the development of the project test plan • During the requirement reviews, work with project Business Analysts (BA) to ensure the documented requirements are un-ambiguous and testable • Develop and execute tests that are defined and repeatable, as well as traceable to the requirements • Provide input and make recommendations when determining test environments and test-bed configurations that are required during the test execution phase. - Clearly document all activities associated with the test effort, including status reports and identifying, logging, and tracking to closure, discrepancies found throughout the project. - Continuously look for and suggest process improvement to ensure a quality product is produced. Position Qualifications - Basic PC and Mainframe skills - 0 – 3 years structured testing experience, preferably within a Large IT organization Competencies - Good verbal and written communication skills - Strong initiative; able to work on own and get results - Team player to work collaboratively with others - Conflict management skills - Strong financial/insurance product knowledge preferred Skill set needed in order to do this work (include any or all of the following): - Required skills: Strong quality assurance background, experience testing integrations, strong written and verbal communication skills - Specific technical skills: Salesforce system experience - Knowledge or experience needed: Experience testing in Agile like environment - Thanks, Arjun D -Sr Executive Recruiter Sonoma Consulting, Inc.
