JD follows:


Should have experience in leading support projects with onshore & offshore
model with good communication skill. Should have knowledge of license
management. Understanding of SLA adherence and should able to meet it.
He should able define the road map of the transition plan. Tracking the
transition status and identify the key risks and mitigations.
Provide appropriate consultation to various technology & business processes
and best practices. Need to have good stake holder management skill and
should able to perform the below activities:
· Patch management,
· Batch Job/Schedule Job Monitoring
· Debugging the Connector Integration issues
· Performance Monitoring and optimization by applying product recommended
best practices
· Access & Approval Policy management
· OIM synchronization with LDAP monitoring and debugging.
· Identity Profile Management
· Required Report generations
· Knowledge on ticketing system.
· Configuration management
