*Position: Business Process Analyst w/ HELIX experience* *Location:* Princeton, NJ Duration: 6 month+ *Overview:* Working within the Business Performance Analysis group and supporting *the Helix enterprise system migration*, the Business Process Analyst will perform complex data modeling and business analysis. This analyst must possess the ability to lead cross functional teams and drive assignments to resolution. He/she will facilitate discovery sessions to identify the root cause of problems, make recommendations, and/or implement new solutions. *Responsibilities:* *Process Documentation* · Work closely with the business and Helix core teams to identify, verify, and document existing core processes · Work with stakeholders and subject matter experts to determine and document efficient future state processes *Process Analysis/Support* · Perform gap analysis between current and future states · Identify mitigation plan for gap analysis results · Prepare business units for Day 1 implementation of Helix *Process Control* · Create and maintain a centralized and standardized document repository of integrated process flows · Implement an interval audit procedure of future state processes to monitor sustainability, adherence, and KPI’s *Qualifications:* · Bachelor's degree and minimum of 3-5 years relevant experience · Experience in enterprise wide system migration · High-level communication skills · Minimum of a Lean/Six Sigma Yellow Belt preferred Thanks & Regards!
