Please read below job description and let me know your thoughts. *Role : *Financial BA *Location:* West Des Moines, Iowa *Duration:* 6 Months *Client:* Athene *Interview Method:* F2F Highly Preferred (Skype if not local) *PURPOSE: * Serves as a project/ leader or a project team member, on assigned projects, in identifying system requirements, analyzing processes/workflows, compiling data, assessing scope/risks, and implementing solutions. *ACCOUNTABILITIES: * • Creates and maintains an effective working relationship within the business unit and acts as the liaison for Insurance Operations, working with IT • Develop communications appropriate for various levels within Ins Ops and serves as a communication liaison between Ins Ops and IT. • Serves as a project leader or a project team member, on assigned projects, in identifying system requirements, analyzing processes/workflows, compiling data, assessing scope/risks, and implementing solutions. • Assists in the implementation of new business processes and system solutions including development of implementation plans including timelines and training needs. • Provides guidance and leadership to less experienced team members. • Works with business area to design manual work processes due to lack of system capability. • Analyzes business problems and develops creative solutions.
