What are we doing with that report? How are they using data? · Create Dashboards/ Reports - No tool in particular · Add Value and meaning to reports · Ability to deep dive and document current state processes/workflow. Expertise in computer code NOT required or preferred. *Nice To Have* · Lean- Six Sigma methodologies *Additional Comments:* " A lot of the candidates being supplied are very/too IT/Developer/Scrum Master in strength.
