*QA Tester * *Location: Atlanta, GA * *Mode: Phone and Must be able to interview in person* *Must have a computer science degree * *Job Requirements:* - 5-6 years of experience. - Wants easy going, fun loving guys who love technology. - Someone who comes from a product background…not a QCS or Infosys. Really like start-up companies because gives better & more well-rounded experience. - Wants someone super excited & passionate to do things. - Pretty technical. Understands how to write SQL scripts. Understands how DB’s work and how to do DB testing. Has worked on testing different browsers. - Awesome if they have any automation experience, preferably Selenium. Major preference here. If they’re good here, high likelihood converted to FTE. - Super passionate, EXCELLENT communication skills. - Understands working in an Agile framework, They can train him/her. NOT looking for someone coming from process heavy firm, just wants to write cases and go home. *Basic Qualifications:* - Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience - 3+ years’ experience testing software (manual and/or automation) - 2+ years’ experience with industry standard test automation tools (ideally Selenium or QTP) *Preferred Qualifications:* - Comfortable working in a fast paced, highly collaborative, dynamic work environment - Proven experience in Agile / Scrum environments - Proven experienced in interacting and coordinating test activities amongst multiple teams in multiple locations - Good oral and written communication skills - Skilled in risk assessment and impact analysis for software applications - Proven experience testing HTML5 (web and/or mobile) applications. - Proven experience testing native mobile applications (iOS and/or Android) - Proven experience with open source automation tools is a plus, ideally Selenium but, if you have worked with PushToTest, JMeter, SoapUI or QTP that’s fine as well.
