Should be able to drive BPR (Business Process Review) and JAD (Joint Application Design) sessions • Foster and maintain strong working relationships with critical partners (e.g. Enterprise Systems/IT, sales reps and management) to expedite the review and approval process for any Salesforce.com proposed solution. • Identify potential training opportunities and coordinate with internal teams to develop and deliver enablement tools, documentation and training |
