Job Title : Business Analyst with Salesforce CRM Location : Washington DC Duration : 3- 6 Months Must be Local to DC/MD/VA. Face to Face interview required. Responsibilities: • Learn and understand internal needs, requirements, and use cases for a configurable and customizable CRM application • Leading or participating in the design and architecture sessions with the clients, gathering and documenting business processes and requirements for the project • Develop RFI/RFP proposal based on needs, requirements, and use cases • Advising customers on best practices for CRM, development or integration processes • Assisting with architecting the CRM system, related customizations, portals, and reports to model the client’s organizational process • Participating in informal or formal design and architecting sessions with fellow consultants • Distribute information on the latest CRM-related and technology news to the team members • Knowledge of IIS and web technologies • Plan and perform data migration into the new systems • Understands and uses programming and documentation best practices • Other duties as assigned by owner Skills and Experience • Possess a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a technically related field (i.e. computer science, engineering, IT, etc.) • CRM certifications preferred but not required • Minimum of four years of experience in CRM implementation and six years in IT project management, system design or related business experience • Professional demeanor • Strong written communications especially related to articulating technical specifications • Exhibit the Core Values Thanks, Arjun D -Sr Executive Recruiter Sonoma Consulting, Inc.
