*What are the top three technical must haves?*

SQL, .Net, and 270/271 or 837/835 experience

If they do not have 270/271 or 837/835 experience or EDIfec then they are
not the right fit.

If the candidate has EDIfec Specbuilder then more than likely that have the
right data set experience for this project.

EDIfecs SpecBuilder is one of the only leading X12/EDI authoring tools that
support the full range of tasks required by an EDI analyst - from creating
the X12 specification out of a pre-built database to changing the
structure, adding custom notes and publishing the specification in a
customizable form.



If they need EDI, are there any specific data sets that they will need to
work within?

Need asp.net and C#

Any back end SQL Server development? - YES



This candidate will be working to create a benefit submission and
eligibility tool.



 We are looking for a .Net/SQL developer who has experience working with
and sound understanding of the ANSI/ASC/X12 Insurance record set





*RESPONSIBILITIES & JOB FUNCTIONS:*

   - Creates clear run documentation to support and transition new
   processes to the Operation team
   - Handle multiple implementations simultaneously
   - Provide guidance on technical challenges and approach
   - Conduct code reviews with team for compliance to standards and best
   practice
   - Follow established company and department standards and best practices
   - Stay abreast of industry trends and technologies
   - Work independently and within the team structure
   - Effectively communicate (verbal and written) with users, management
   and coworkers
   - Reports on status directly to Director of Data Services
   - Provide estimates for assigned tasks
   - Other duties as defined by Leadership



*POSITION REQUIREMENTS:*

   - Expertise in data extraction, transformation and loading (ETL) between
   similar and dissimilar systems using SQL Programming, capable of source
   transformation from/to flat files, XML and relational system structures.
   - Experience developing in C# and .net.
   - Experience with object oriented software engineering in an enterprise
   environment using the MS Visual Studio suite of tools
   - Proven analytical skills interpreting and implementing business and
   functional requirements
   - Experience with business intelligence and analytics
   - Experience with Windows Powershell scripting
   - Excellent verbal and written communications skills across all
   organizational levels required
   - Demonstrated experience utilizing SDLC methodologies, including
   waterfall/agile
   - Experience with MS Team Foundation Server a plus.
   - Experience leading fellow team members.

Education:

   - Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems or related
   field or equivalent

·         Certification as a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) or
Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) is a plus
