*Job Description:*
· Looking for an experienced Business Systems Analyst to help groom
Agile stories with our Product Owner, to determine and document design, and
to work with developers and testers to ensure implementation meets
requirements.
· Ideal candidate would have experience with Governance Risk
Management (GRC), IT Risk Management, or Audit Management COTS packages
like: IBM Openpages, Archer, MetricStream, BWise, Thompson Reuters, SAP,
Teammate, etc.
· Ideal candidate should also have experience delivering
requirements/designs in an Agile environment for java-based applications.
· This position will help translate the Product Owners Agile
stories and acceptance criteria into system designs and solutions that can
be executed by our developers.
· Risk Management or related background is a significant plus.
*Responsibilities:*
· Defines solutions (requirements, designs, services,
recommendations) to business/systems problems and owns the integrity of the
solution through customer acceptance and final disposition of solution.
· Responsible for the development, maintenance, management, and
delivery of technical information or documentation to the appropriate
audiences in the appropriate Capital One standard formats via print and
online mediums.
· Includes interface with management, users, and information
technology professionals to create high-level conceptual solutions to
business problems.
· Usually possesses significant knowledge in one or more business
functional areas.
· BSAs involved in agile projects will be expected to have
responsibilities throughout the project lifecycle.
· Interface with different work streams to communicate requirements
and high-level design - UI/UX, Software Engineering, Testing, Reporting,
etc.
*Basic Qualifications:*
· 5+ years with defining requirements and high-level solution design
· 2+ years grooming stories for Agile projects
· 5+ years as a lead BSA for multiple project lifecycles;
Significant experience in industry
· 5+ years experience in object, data, and / or process modeling,
business process design
· Demonstrated experience leading requirements, data and systems
analysis
· Outstanding negotiation, facilitation, and consensus building
skills
· Ability to effectively communicate across multiple levels
(Executive Sponsors to team members);
· Ability to communicate technical issues to non-technical
individuals
*Required Qualifications:*
· Experience with Governance Risk Management (GRC), IT Risk
Management, or Audit Management COTS packages like: IBM Openpages, Archer,
MetricStream, BWise, Thompson Reuters, SAP, Teammate, etc.
· 1+ years implementing AWS
