Issue/ defect prioritization (customer and ops impact of defects in the
backlog)

Solution/offering stakeholder - driving scalability, availability,
serviceablity, performance requirements into design and development
planning and execution

Go / no go decision for production deployment

First responder to incidents and problems (24x7 WW coverage).

Cloud security and process compliance and enforcement (ISO 27001 and SOC 2)

SLA / ToU tracking and reporting

Development and implementaton of automation runbooks

Please look for Sys admin resources with experience on AWS or IBM
SoftLayer.
