Job Title : Business Analyst Location : Frankfort, KY Duration : 6+ Months *Primary Responsibilities Include (but not limited to):* • Work with network architecture staff, application development staff and end users to review, document and monitor information security architecture through the application development process. • Providing security architecture analysis and consulting. • Act as the liaison between the business units, application development and the COT Enterprise Security services compliance branch for the purposes of the upcoming releases of the CHFS applications. • Lead, facilitate, and work with the project team to define the security architecture strategy and assist with its implementation. • Facilitate requirement review processes. • Work with system hardware such as QRadar, IBM DataPower, and Microsoft hardware or equivalent. *Required Qualifications:* • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent combination of recent, relevant technical security work experience • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to facilitate, lead, mentor, and interact professionally with a diverse group of executives, managers and subject matter experts • Experienced in security architecture concepts and processes for large scale IT system development project. • Expertise with network architecture and the security requirements for CHFS systems • Ability to regularly work under deadlines and capable of working in teams and acting independently, with only general direction • Prior experience of having worked on compliance monitoring or incident response teams is preferred • Demonstrate a working knowledge of established IT security and privacy frameworks including NIST 800-53 and HIPAA.
