*[email protected]* *Position -- Data Architect * *Location --Baltimore MD * *Long term contract* *Interview: phone screen* *Apart OPT All will be Accepted* *Job Overview:* - Group is Data & Informatics division, warehousing development and EDA team, works with data models and impacts of normal functions related to that and other dev jobs, - Need someone with good com skills and good tech background in *data modeling, industry standards, ER Studio (other modeling tools), strong data analysis and SQL tools* - Should be able to take on leadership role, they will be the face of D&I and be presentable, know design patterns, be able to communicate and create these design - Need to have strong tech skills as well as com & leadership skills - DtD: each EDA has multiple projects, meeting with business leaders, understand bus req, doing data analysis, understanding the needs based on that, working with the team to do reviews of file that are created, responsible for dataflow diagrams, need to know where to expose the data, what to do with it and etc. A lot of work, very busy and should be able to handle multiple tasks at the time - Have few projects (rebuild of data warehouse, added functionalities to downstream reporting and analysis, both internal and external projects), a lot of data modeling related projects, mostly data modeling & data analysis work for now - Duration is flexible, will be keeping contractors who are good as long as it’s possible - Location: Baltimore is preferred, exception can be made for VERY good candidates and will consider UCP - 100% onsite, will consider non-local as long as they relocate - Interview: phone screen, maybe Skype, but for now phone only will work; - *Top skills: Min 3+ yrs of data architecture, 7+ yrs in: Oracle, data modeling, data warehousing, ER Studio (Erwin), SQL.** ETL development background will be a plus.
