We are currently working on filling an exciting new contract opportunity for an *Business Systems Analyst (Contact Center/IVR) *position that will be based out in *Bethpage, NY (Long Island)*. *Job Title: Business Systems Analyst (Contact Center/IVR)* *Location: Bethpage, NY (Long Island)* *Duration: 12+ Months* *F2F IS MUST* *Requirements:* · Good communication skills / presents well person will spend a lot of time in the contact center working directly with agents/spvr/mgrs. · Must have 7 yrs of Business Systems Analyst experience · Knowledge of software applications in general the specific tools are java/web based tools but custom built by client · Knowledge of web tools/terminology · Testing experience test plans and test execution and manage testers · Workflow design · Understanding of telephony · Understanding of basic internet principles.. · Modem, router, etc.. · *Contact Center experience A MUST (client uses Genesys which is a nice to have but not a must)* · *IVR is a MAJOR PLUS* Regards, Sonoma Consulting, Inc.
