Review existing project documentation as described including high level requirements and process workflows (“As-Is” and “To-Be”). 6. Draft, refine, and maintain documented business requirements, system (functional and non-functional) requirements, and report specifications. *Special consideration will be given to candidates that possess these desired qualifications:* 1. Basic working knowledge of enterprise GIS (preferably ESRI-based). 2. State or Federal Agency Experience (Department of Lands or Bureau of Land Management).
