Role: QA Analyst with CRM / QA Automation Engineer Duration: Above 12 months Location: New Haven, CT 06511 Preferred Local Candidate Description: A QA engineer with CRM testing experience is required to join the existing QA team in developing and implementing a strategy to effectively test a BlackBaud CRM upgrade. Responsibilities: • Analyze proposed framework and develop an effective test strategy • Analyze custom reports and technical specifications to produce test plan & strategy • Develop and execute test cases • Compare reports with database to ensure logic is implemented correctly • Raise Defects and Report results effectively • Take ownership and be proactive while thinking outside of the box Required Skills: • HP ALM/Quality Center • SQL (2-5 Years Experience) • Strong analytical skills • Experience in End to End testing of CRM systems • Must be able to work independently • Excellent organizational, problem solving and follow-up skills with the ability to meet deadlines • Excellent oral and written communication skills. Education: • BA or BS in Information Systems, Computer Science • 5+ years of proven experience in the role of a QA Automation Engineer Nice to Have: • Higher education or fund raising CRM testing experience.
