We are currently working on filling an exciting new contract opportunity for an *Project Manager – AS/400 (iSeries) *position that will be based out in *Union, NJ*. *Job Title: Project Manager – AS/400 (iSeries)* *Location: Union, NJ* *Duration: 12+ Months* *MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN AS/400 (iSeries)* *Job Description: * • Manages projects, organizes and leads project teams thru successful completion of projects • Delivers established goals/objectives of project on expected deadlines • Employs industry "best practice” methodologies established for project management • Develops detailed project plans in support of the project • Identifies, documents and publishes issues and risks for the project • Communicates project status to team members using effective forms of documentation • Works to resolve issues and risks with appropriate team members • Escalates critical issues as required to senior management • Interfaces with senior management to report status • Understands and effectively uses established policies and procedures *Requirements: * • Waterfall or Agile experience *• Application Development background * *• Experience in an iSeries (AS/400) environment * • Experience with JDA is a nice to have • PMP or similar certification is preferred, or comparable experience.
