Job Title: Business Systems Analyst. (Need Financial Exp)
Location: Philadelphia, PA.
**Duration : 6+ months contract.
Bill Rate :  $40/hr Corp to Corp.*

*Technical Knowledge:
**Applicants should have 5 – 7+ years Business System Analyst experience
including managing development projects. Experience in debit card / check /
ACH processing is highly desirable*.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Conduct required systems analysis across a multi-system environment
• Act as liaison between the business and technology.
• Plan, Conduct, Document meetings
• Develop and maintain project plans
• Ensure that business requirements are effectively translated into detailed
functional specifications.
• Lead systems analysis efforts on small size to medium size projects and
work closely with technical staff and LOB Business Analysts to develop
comprehensive test plans and strategies by client.
• Responsible for the creation of detailed functional use cases and
functional specifications
• Responsible for development of Testing Plans and Scripts
• Responsible for assisting with Systems and Integration level testing as
required.
• Responsible for tracking and resolving testing issues as well as status
updates and issue escalation.

Required Skills:
• Strong business and systems analysis skills.
• Must have excellent writing and communication skills with specific
expertise in creating business requirements, functional specifications,
functional use cases, and user documentation
• Must be able to work closely with technical staff and customers in all
phases of systems development, including requirements definition, functional
design, technical design, testing, and implementation.
• Must excel at both personal and project task management.
• Expert in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Creating and refining use cases scenarios and data flow diagrams.
• Must have experience writing and executing test plans and test scripts.
• Must have experience in maintaining bug logs and working with technical
staff, customers, and other test groups to bring test issues to resolution
• Must be able to coordinate systems development efforts during these
phases.

Additional Skills:
• Prior experiences with PNC GIS, Banking Transaction Services or Brokerage
Asset Management Accounts is a plus.
• Readily adapts to new work environment.

Success Factors:
• The candidate should be able to work with minimal supervision and adhere
to tight deadlines.
• Must be self-reliant, self-starting and willing to involve corporate staff
when needed
• Must be organized, meticulous about artifact creation.
• Must have good communications skills and be able to relate business needs
to technical staff
• Must have strong organizational and analytical skills as well as practical
problem-solving and decision-skills.
