We have BGV* *Title: Quality Analyst* *Location: **Mount Laurel, NJ* *Duration: 6 months* *Job Description:* *Experience* · Solid understanding of agile QA concepts, practices, processes and tools · Demonstrable experience working in a Scrum / Iterative delivery Environment · Good understanding of Test Driven Development and Early Automation. Exposure to tools like, Rally, Jira, Sonar etc. · Solid background in QA and implementing QA standards and processes within an organization · Experience working in a Continuous Integration environment using tools such as TFS , Bamboo, Jenkins etc. · Prior experience implementing automated testing dashboards for reporting metrics · Hands-on experience in Process automation (SQL queries, VB Scripting) · Hands on knowledge of HP ALM/ Quality Center is a must have · The candidate should also have experience recommending Preventive and Correction Actions · Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Excel, MS Visio, MS PowerPoint). · Proactive go getter and ability to work in dynamic situations and engage with cross functional and global teams. · Previous consulting experience ( preferred but not necessary ) *Responsibilities* · Develop standards and procedures for measuring product quality and release readiness. · Document Process Flows using Visio , Develop Training material · Create Compliance Checklists and Assist in evaluating Test Process Maturity · Develop Metrics and Measurements to monitor Effectiveness and Efficiency across the Test Lifecycle. · Establish benchmark/ thresholds, monitoring trends and develop Root Cause Analysis reports. · Evaluate and identify test processes gaps, and suggests potential process improvements, to introduce/eliminate processes if necessary · Adapt / tailor Industry best practices to organizational context · Drive change management / Monitor and Report on Adoption and Effectiveness of Improvements Accreditation: Certified Software Tester (CSTE), Certified Manager of Software Testing (CMST) or equivalent is a plus -- *Sarita D **|* Recruiter *|* HCL Global Systems, Inc.
