*Duration -6+month*

*Required Skills ;- *

*For QA Superviser :-*

 • A minimum of 2 years of managerial experience in a telemarketing call
center environment, preferably in a Quality Assurance role.

Must have Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Healthcare or related
field.

*For QA Specialist  :-*

A minimum of 1 year call center experience, with an emphasis or experience
in quality programs.
• Must be able to accurately navigate and track all information through
Market Prominence, CSS/SAWS, Access database or other software.
• A healthcare background is preferred.

Must have  High School diploma
