Location: Columbus, OH Role: Resource with DevOps Skills with Knowledge of Ruby JD: Extensive experience in installation & maintenance of Jenkins Extensive experience with test automation utilizing Jenkins, Rubymine, Subversion, TFS & Selenium Extensive experience on source code management practice using Subversion or any comparable source control system Experience on Configuration Management practice Experience with Ruby & YAML languages Experience working within Agile, TDD & ATDD methodologies Testing experience utilizing Cucumber, Watir – Webdriver, Selenium-Webdriver is preferred Automate repetitive tasks required to maintain a secure an up to date operational environment. Strong understanding of different SDLC methodologies including Waterfall, Agile etc. Background and familiarity with banking applications preferred *Job Requirements:* · Must have 5+ years of experience in the area of DevOps – specifically in the area of Infrastructure Automation & Orchestration (IAAS/PAAS) · BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience · Excellent problem solving skills with a desire to take on responsibility · Experience with Subversion & TFS · Install and maintain Jenkins and all the required plugins for test automation platform · Develop & maintain test automation procedures to assist with post deploy smoke testing process · Develop & maintain post provisioning test automation procedures for Infrastructure and Platform · Develop test automation scripts using Ruby & YAML · Develop & maintain test plans as required *Testing – Automation (Ruby & Cucumber) *Columbus, OH *Analyze and translate functional requirements to create and execute test cases for large business initiatives. Automate these test cases, maintain the automation framework, execute on regular basis.* *· Create and maintain test cases and test data using Quality Center/Team Foundation Server, Ruby-Cucumber, Rubymine* *· Actively participate in requirements reviews, gain an understanding of functional specifications and provide feedback on documentation* *· Actively participate in project group meetings.* *· Create and maintain automation framework* *· Write, review and train the automation teste script utilizing Rubymine and other automation tools.* *· Facilitate the defect management meetings* *· Identify as many defects possible to deliver a quality product to our client* *· Perform all aspects of verification, including integration testing, functional testing, and regression testing* *· Develop and implement well-defined test plans * *· Manage defect tracking and provide informative updates as requested* *· Participate in production validation and support as needed* *· Comply with Huntington's standards of the SDLC, and adhere to testing strategies and procedures within the industry standard.* *Strong communication & leadership skills * *Min 3.5 years' experience with industry standard testing and quality assurance methodologies and verification and validation processes* *· 2 to 3 years of Test Automation or Development Experience* *· 2 to 3 years' experience designing automation framework using open source technology * *· Must have 2 to 3 years' experience in building automation script using Cucumber or spec flow.* *· Experience with Keyword, Modular and data driven framework, performance testing using Jmeter or any other open source technology. Preferred experience with database and service testing * *· Good understanding on industry standard databases like Oracle 10g, MS Sql Server etc.* *· Proficient in Team Foundation Server or Quality Center with defect tracking, document management, and knowledge base systems* *· Proficiency in using testing tools (e.g., RTC/RRC, Microsoft test manager), query experience with (SQL Server) and Internet Technologies (different browsers, HTML, JavaScript, etc.), Rubymine, Ruby-Cucumber, SOAP UI. * *· Proficiency in Agile Scrum environment.
