Hope you are doing great today, I am a Sr Executive Recruiter at Sonoma Consulting and I am currently working on filling an exciting new opportunity for QA Analyst that will be based at Irvine, Ca Title: QA Analyst Location: Irvine, Ca Duration: 6 months Local Candidates only F2F interview *Responsibilities:* • Review business requirements and specifications for consistency in quality standards and preparation for testing. • Write and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts. • Execute test cases and/or automation scripts for both functional and regression tests. • Analyze test results; perform SQL queries for data comparison and validation. • Record and track issues/defects; follow-through with fix resolution and validation. • Work closely with the business and development groups from conception to completion of multiple simultaneous projects *Qualifications & Experience:* • 2 or 4 year Degree or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience • 3+ years’ experience in software quality assurance and test engineering • 2+ years using test automation tools for functional and load testing • Experience in testing web applications, including SaaS framework, web services, and data integration • Experience in testing Mortgage, Finance, or Banking systems and applications • Excellent phone, written, and verbal communication skills • Ability to deal with changing priorities to complete tasks in a short period of time • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously • Experience working with geo-located teams (i.e. offshore) • Excellent attention to detail, problem solving, and debugging skills • Exceptional organizational and time management skills • A strong professional work ethic and a positive energetic attitude • Proficient with MS Office • Working knowledge of HP Quality Center (QC) and Quick Test Pro (QTP) functional test automation tools • Capable of doing database queries and data validation in SQL Server. • Understand MS Visio business logic diagrams (i.e. flow charts, swim lanes, etc.) • Experience with automated load testing tools (i.e. Load Runner) • Knowledge of MKS Integrity • Knowledge of SharePoint • Working knowledge of MS Excel features (i.e. pivot tables, formulas, etc.) Thanks Sharon Kolluru - Sr Executive Recruiter Sonoma Consulting, Inc.
