Job Title : Guidewire Business Analyst Location : Hartford, CT Duration : 6+ Months *Roles & Responsibilities:* • Assist onsite configuration team in estimations, Proof of concepts, definition, designs of robust and efficient configuration solutions. • Prepare/Enhance Detailed Design Documentation (Field Mapping, Data Model definitions, Rules Definition etc) as needed to support Configuration development. • Assist Onsite/Offshore teams – and in certain cases be responsible - in solutioning of complex configuration by developing and demonstrating solutions using Proof Of Concepts • Identify and develop reusable framework, configuration components to be used as is on multiple projects • Prepare Build and Implementation plans for configuration work stream and report Configuration work stream status • Lead, Manage teams of 5-10 developers and be responsible for team velocity in delivering configuration user stories on time • Work with external consultants & developers • Train and build a team of experienced professionals *Required Skills* • Guidewire Certification MUST • Must have experience with Guidewire Policy Center • Strong business analysis background in insurance industry • Data Mapping experience is a MUST • Worked on Agile projects in recent past • User story knowledge • Ability to operate in fast-paced environment and proven ability to deliver and execute on business requirements. • Team player, good communicator, strong analyst with a few years’ experience • Soft skills and technical skills are equally important in these roles Thanks, Arjun D -Sr Executive Recruiter Sonoma Consulting, Inc.
