Possesses expertise in the business unit support, as well as a high-level understanding of the IT and vendor organization's systems and capabilities. Analyzes s operational requests for data, content, and communications to formulate context-specific responses. May assist in translation of high-level business requirements into operational or vendor specifications and would then facilitates changes to such specifications. The ideal candidate performs professional level work. Develops solutions analysis based on in-depth discussions with stakeholder groups. Responsible for critical work performed within a broader operational and business context. *Required Skills:* Requires some technical knowledge (principally MS Office Suite), training and understanding of basic business operations requirements.
